VHT Co-founders Fireside Chat at Seattle AI Week 2025

During Seattle AI Week 2025 (October 27 to 31), our co-founders, Dean Shev and Darren Nicholls, sat down together for a fireside chat recorded in a pop-up podcast studio at the event.

The conversation started where VHT started: with firsthand experience of how hard healthcare can be to navigate. People face limited access to doctors and specialists, long waits, health information scattered across different places, and high costs.

From there, the co-founders walked through what we are building. That includes ECHNA, our empathetic health navigation assistant, which supports people with guidance grounded in published research. It also includes personalized insights from the VHT Digital Twin and timely alerts about health trends.

Seattle AI Week brought together builders, researchers and investors from across the Pacific Northwest. It was a great chance to share our story with the Seattle community.
